SHARIFAH MOHAMED

Sharifah Mohamed is a lecturer at Republic Polytechnic, a tertiary institution in Singapore, where she conducts social impact research and mentors students on new initiatives.

She was formerly with the Lien Centre for Social Innovation where she managed social entrepreneurship and social innovation projects.

Besides volunteering with the Association of Muslim Professionals and the Community Leaders’ Forum initiated by the Yayasan Mendaki, she has co-authored Unmet Social Needs in Singapore: Singapore’s Social Structures and Policies, and Their Impact on Six Vulnerable Communities, and co-edited The World That Changes the World: How Philanthropy, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship are Transforming the Social Ecosystem.
