Born out of a commitment to social innovation and impact, this remarkable book is written by three authors whose paths have crossed many times in the private, academic and social sectors.

Willie Cheng and Cheryl Tang spent much of their careers at Accenture, a global management consulting firm. Besides being involved in the founding of Asia Philanthropic Ventures and the SymAsia Foundation, they both serve on the boards of the Catholic Foundation and Caritas Humanitarian Aid & Relief Initiatives Singapore.

In addition, Sharifah Mohamed and Cheng worked together at the Lien Centre for Social Innovation where they co-edited The World That Changes The World: How Philanthropy, Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship are Transforming the Social Ecosystem. Recently, they wrote “Doing Good Well in Singapore” for the book 50 Years of Social Issues in Singapore, edited by David Chan.
